Syindication are a common problem in auction since many many years back. And this could be one of the reason that make a lot of people have a negative perception towards auction. Personally, I do have few encounters with them. You just need to know how to deal with them as most of them are crooks.

If you attend auction frequently, u will c "same faces" ........these are "old timer".......there are also some "new" faces in the market.....they tried to make quick money .......end of the day, its much depends on how you deal with them........why, ain? any comment from u??

i've heard stories about syndicates...sounds like gangsters to me...
but...are they really that mean? will they hurt me if i don't do what they say?

i think the best way to avoid them is to go hide in the toilet right after the registration and only go out when the auction starts...hahaha...

.....lets make some thinking, can they do anything to harm/hurt us if we dont do what they say?

I heard a lot and witnessed all these.....except in East Malaysia will be more extreme, I dont think it happend in West Malaysia....usually this will scared those newbie in auction property purchase but if there are some many properties transacted in a month, how many these people can harm.......they also try thier luck.........

My conclusion is Dont't be GREEDY .....stay away from STRANGER .....these people cant reach you anyway........I think chances for them to "conclude" sale is very minimal......only tips of iceberg.......they are NOT rampant..... enjoy bidding....

saya fikir mereka ni cuma nak buat duit dengan cepat 'fast money'.. cara yang boleh difikirkan
1. Hindari golongan ini apabila mereka mendakati kita.
2. Gunakan agen (kalu banyak duit lee)
3. Masuk bidding tapi keluar pada bidding yang ketiga.. Bye
# Jangan risau tak dapat properties tu.. tunggu lagi 45 hari pasti jumpa lagi baik punya.

maybe a syndicate or naif buyer.. mulanye mamat ni dok tanya siapa yang nak beli properties (no bla-bla) pastu dia kata diapun beli rumah yang sama.. pastu kata dia dah 'made researce' yang properties tu baik dan ada bil tunggakan yang sedikit pastu dia pon masuk bidd (5 Bidders), masa bidding properties tu boleh gi dari RP40k+ close 76k.. ha ha ha cheersss
