Hi everyone,

I am new to property auction.

Aprreciate if anyone can enlighten me on the followings:
1. Is it possible that the ownership of the successfully bidded auction property cannot be transferred?
2. What happen if the ownership can't be transferred? Can the property be rented in this situation?

bro,

i dont think so that ownership of the successfully bidded auction property cannot be transferred. As i knew, normally the developer will allowed for the auction. usually banker would obtained the consent first..
nope. the prop cant be rented until sales transaction completed within 90-120days.
