Is it possible , if purchase price is lower than reserve price? Do I have a chance if no other bidder interested to that house eventhough my purchase price is lower than the reserve price? Thank u very much.

I believe that the auctioneer is required to accept bids only those at the reserve price and above and not below.

No, it's not possible for you to bid at a price lower than the reserve price, eventhough no one else are competing with you. But you can always wait for the next auction when the price is lowered by 10%.
