Well.... to a buyer is simple process

1. Consult agent/auctioneer/lawyer
2. Prepare a bankdraft to attend Auction
3. Sign contract upon successful bidding
4. Apply loan/withraw EPF
5. Engage a lawyer for the transfer

Thereafter the lawyer will take care of the rest...
Who cares...
You wouldnt have to pay any legal fees with APF
