Thank you!.....Hi Alex, dont-lar say consult....more on knowledge sharing.....before I can share my knowledge with you, have you settle your balance 90% and completed the sale by signing the DOA with auctioning bank?If you have completed the sale and property now has been transferred to your name, you can safely collect rental from the existing tenant otherwise, you are not able to do so as technically, property still being assigned/charged to the defaulter's financier, prior settlement of 90%, the person should entitle for this rental should be the chargee bank/assignee bank.....hope this info is useful to you...
