Sunway PJS9, the low-cost flat nearby that area. Shops are around, walking distance to Sunway Pyramid. Rental at RM550 monthly. Below 600sf, Market value atRM70K plus. It's a good place for minor investment.

Near to Mid Valley, University Malaya, RTM, NPE Expressway, antai Medical Centre, Bangsar, K, PJ. Rental at RM600-RM800 monthly. 764sf and 710 sf, Market value atRM70K-RM120K plus mines. It's a good place investment because many student University Malaya.

Hi idihsar, wat's ur budget and ideal type of properties to invest? eg. flat, or landed property? As for flat, we have investors bought from auction RM45k grd floor having rental RM380 per month. Approx 9-10%
