Came across an article today in harian metro. It seems like the victim never confirm with the bank even though he knows that the agent is only an agent. He should realised that money paid to the agent would not solve his problem.

Ya I think the author didnt clarify the facts produced by the victim borrower. I have a good agents that have been servicing me since last year. Everything is ok with him i think. My advice is stick to experienced honest agents.
